My routine is so f’ed up!
December 15, 2004
Every day it’s the same thing -
5:45 am - Wake up
7:00 am - Arrive at work
3:30 pm - Leave work
3:45 pm - Check email/webpages/etc
4:30 pm - Take nap
11:00 pm - Wake up from “nap”
3:00 am - Go back to sleep
Lather, rinse, repeat.
My schedule is awful. And it’s my own fault… I can’t NOT take that “nap” in the afternoon. I’m so tired after an 8 hour day at work on less than 3 hours of sleep that I can’t stop myself. But then I wake up late at night completely awake! I eventually force myself back to bed only to have to wake up shortly after to start the day over again. It’s a vicious cycle.
Well I’m forcing myself to stay awake today. I’m leaning over my keyboard now… barely able to type… ready to pass out at any m i n u t e …….

Hahaha!!! I guess you couldn’t trick your body to shuffle that 11pm to 3am gap back to 4:30pm and go to sleep at 8:30pm instead, huh? So do you still stick to this schedule now that you have a different job?

I’ve pretty much cut the nap out. My schedule is a little more stabilized and “normal” these days. But I still stay up way too late.
