Extra bread”. seriously made me laugh out loud. The extra bread part got me. Secondly, My mom owns a resturant and I was a waitress forever, and trust me...nobody has bad feelings towards the person who didn't eat/want the pickle. In fact, the cooks never SEE what the person ate and didnt eat. Actually..most waitresses dont either...just bus boys. So don't feel like a turd. I think leaving the food you couldnt finish on the plate would be worse than not eating the pickles or lemon.
