Who’s Job Are Your Kids?

An ad depicting a 2 year old driving an SUV gets pulled in Australia because parents are concerned their children might try to copy it. I want to know the same thing the person submitting this article is asking: When did parents completely lose any responsibility for teaching their kids what’s acceptable and unacceptable? When did it stop being the parent’s job to tell their children that driving an SUV is an activity for adults and start being the job of advertisers?
