I Love You, Me

If you wanted to build a nice, sturdy home you’d need a solid foundation upon which to erect the structure. If the foundation falls apart, the house most definitely comes crashing down on top of it.

When it comes to “human structure”, concrete is replaced by self-esteem as the foundation upon which all of the other things that make us who we are get built. And just like a concrete foundation, a faulty self-esteem can cause the rest to come crashing down in an instant.

This series explores self-esteem and, hopefully, illustrates a few ways to make sure your foundation is as stable as possible.
